These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FADR ("the app"), developed by Cinderhound Studio ("we," "our"). By downloading or using FADR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
FADR generates a preview of how you might look with a different hairstyle or hair colour, using your photograph and an artificial intelligence image model.
Always consult a qualified barber or stylist before committing to a cut or colour. We are not responsible for the outcome of a haircut, colour treatment, or any other decision made after using the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FADR. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

We may refuse service, remove content, or block access if these Terms are breached.
Generated images are produced by a third-party AI model and may be imperfect. They may misrepresent your hair, alter details unintentionally, or fail to produce a usable result.
Do not present generated images as real photographs of yourself or anyone else in any context where that would mislead.
FADR provides a limited number of free generations. Additional generations are sold as consumable "look packs" through the App Store.
FADR depends on third-party services, including Google's Gemini API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. If we discontinue the app entirely, unused looks cannot be refunded by us; refund requests would be handled by Apple.
The FADR name, logo, design, hairstyle catalogue, written descriptions, and app code are the property of Cinderhound Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission. This does not affect your rights to your own photographs and generated results under section 5.
FADR is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinderhound Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FADR, including any decision made about your hair.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
