1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Prayo ("the app"), developed by Cinderhound Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Prayo is a Bible verse and prayer application that provides daily scripture, prayers, reflection prompts, reminders, home screen widgets, and an optional app-blocking feature that shields selected apps until you complete your daily prayer. The app is intended for personal devotional and inspirational use.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prayo for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content except as permitted by these Terms
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content

4. Content

4.1 Scripture

Bible verses provided in Prayo are drawn from the King James Version, which is in the public domain.

4.2 Prayers and Reflections

Prayers and reflective content within the app are original works provided for your personal devotional use.

4.3 Your Content

Any quotes, reflections, or notes you create within the app ("Your Content") remain yours. Your Content is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for Your Content.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Prayo may offer optional premium subscriptions:

Free Trial: Prayo offers a 3-day free trial on the annual subscription. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid annual subscription at the price shown at sign-up. You can cancel anytime through iOS Settings → Subscriptions
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through iOS Settings → Subscriptions
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices, with notice provided as required by the App Store

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Prayo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

            Prayo is intended for inspirational and devotional purposes only and is not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, or spiritual counseling.
        

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinderhound Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
